Flood Protection Warning message...

    I keep getting this message if I try to log on to the forum at work. I assume it is something to do with my work computers' firewall setting?? (they recently upgraded our computers IT security).

    Any thoughts? (apart from the obvious "get back to work....")

    I only get that message when my connection is slow and I try to refresh multiple times in a row.
