I'm thinking just fill the lettering with JB weld or something. What do you guys think?

I'm in the same boat. Zero luck on reasonably priced replacements. I picked up a set of decent ones to paint but they are slightly cracked as well.

They're still pretty solid in the front; Nothing bad at all. It's just the back is as shown in the picture and it seems to be like an easy fix because I'm just shooting for structural longevity but I figure I'd consult the peeps on here first. The only thing I have on hand right now is JB weld but I'm thinking I'm just going to go to the store and pick up some clear epoxy.

I wonder if model airplane putty would withstand the elements. Fill, sand, repaint.

it looks like stress cracks from that screw hole. so use 3M mounting tape to put it back on, clip the threads off the screw and epoxy the head in the hole

I don't know if this super glue product with powder is suitable but check it out anyway?

My experience with superglue is that exposure to water for any length of time will break it down. Epoxy for plastic is probably better, and can be sanded and painted. I used it to repair the front spoiler on my Civic when I cracked it hitting a snow drift during the winter. Held up for 12 years and was still bonded when I sold it.

Yes I wondered because I have not tried the product Scotty Kilmer is using. Epoxy is much better for repairs which are exposed on vehicles.

that utube with super glue and powder trick has been around for years in model plane circles. except we use super glue and baking soda and
put the glue on then the baking soda, not powder then glue

Polock my brother is a guitarist and he repairs them and he told me today they use it for repairing the bridge on these instruments too. Good to know instead of buying that powder Scotty Kilmer was using.
