    Hello,

Not sure if this has been posted before. This post comes very late, but after photobucket no longer allows hosting images on 3rd parties, like forums, many images don't show.
Sometimes it works by right click an image and "open image in new tab"

Here is how you can use dropbox to display. Dropbox is free hosting up to a certain account size.

Upload your image into drop box
    When using the app:
Click on the image and use "share",
there is a button "create link"
Click it and select "copy link"

    When using the browser:
    There is a button "share"
Click it and select "copy link"

Now that you have the link, take it and replace parts of the url:

The part "www.dropbox.com" needs to be replaced with "dl.dropboxusercontent.com"
You're done. Now you can use your full link to paste into the forum image url field.

    Example:
    Original link:
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/fljeww3293gpygb/T037_B020_PARTYMIX.jpg?dl=0
    Modified link:
    https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/fljeww3293gpygb/T037_B020_PARTYMIX.jpg?dl=0

    That's it.

Nice tip on how to work around Photo Bucket's $400/year fee that they notified me of recently that I had to pay to keep the links up.
I'm going to give DropBox a try and see if I can post up some pics of my latest projects.

    Thanks,
    Tony

There are other providers but I found them too difficult to use and most had a social aspect to it.

Dropbox also automatically backs up my photos from the phone. So this makes it relatively easy.

The link has to be modified to display on the forum. Else there is no need.

I'm using Firefox and noticed the link on the Chrome extension page you guys mentioned. I'm going to see if this works:
    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/photobucket-fixer/

There is one a developer added a while back that stopped working. This one is different and my hope is this one does the trick.

    Thanks,
    Tony
