Petcock in tank filter

    I have a '77 Xs750d, I tried to get the filters that are on the petcock in the tank. The p/n: 1J7-24514-02-00 is a superceded number.
    The hole in the filter is the same diameter as the stand pipe in the petcock. (7mm x 63mm H).
    Is there a replacement filter with a 7mm hole that the stand pipe will go into?
    Or is there any other alternative?

    An inline filter will do a better job than the in-tank filters ever did.
