if you go to auto parts store you can buy an adjustable flasher just get one that matches the t prongs that deal with the flashers third prong has to do with the self canceler you could add load resistors to bring wattage up.
just guessingis bike a Maxim with single indicator in the cluster ?

the indicator bulb grounds back through the oppisite side bulbs that is flashing

you want a flasher for led/bulb most flashers work on heat developed by load of bulbs

plenty of threads on this subject some flashers are made for many bulbs some for just 2 bulbs

    what bike ?

I put led turn signals on my 82 650 Maxim. Replaced stock flasher with aftermarket 2 prong electronic flasher designed for led bulbs, disconnected the self cancel relay since that wasn't super important to me and it's been working fine ever since. Actually I take that back, I added a load equalizer to each side and since that they have worked flawlessly

I think you still don't have enough load. Buddy of mine used to work at Harley and got me a load equalizer. Basically a small box that gets wired inline with the turn signals. There's many different types out there but sounds to me like you need something along those lines to use what you have

it is just not a plug in and work thing you need a 2 prong flasher

look at the connectors and see what is printed by the terminals.

you are looking for load and supply and what the other prong is for

power to 49 output to 49a and add a ground , buy some quick disconnects to hook to flasher and male quich disconnects to plug into harness connector

At what location should the equalizer be wired in befor signal relay or after self canceled?

I also agree with what XJ550H said above. An equalizer would need to be wired into the wires that go to the signal itself. I mounted mine on the back of the airbox and tapped it in to both rear turn signals from there.

brown wire on harness connector is hot lead brown/white stripe is load hook remaining terminal to ground

if unit will plug in correctly disconnect the canceler unit that would be the yellow green wire

equalizers are load resistors used to bring wattage up

I didn't need any on the front signals as it gave me an adequate amount of wattage for everything to function properly
