FS: 2 1983 yamaha seca 750's

Here is the link from craigslist. Am I asking too much? I should have pictures this weekend.

I have two yamaha seca 750's for sale. One is red and the other is blue. The red one is in running condition and the blue one runs but not well and can be used for parts. The blue one comes with the fatory top and side bags and a full front faring and windsheild. The red one comes with the front fairing and the windsheild. They both have good tires. Both bikes have pretty new rear tires. They both have about 21,xxx miles on them. I might be a little off as I am not home by them right now. I have no pictures right now but I can get some and update the posting. The red bike runs well and I ride it to work once in a while but I have bought a newer bike and have no need for these now and need the room. If you have any specific questions let me know as I know I am forgetting something. I will allow test rides for those with a full endorsement and insurance coverage (as I do not have any on either bike now) and the full asking price in cash on hand as collateral.

$1800 for both.

Dude - that complete Tour Pack setup (3 bags, fairing/windshield/lowers) on the blue bike is gold! Get it running, get a replacement side cover/painted and you might be able to get almost the same amount for just that bike! Too bad you are too far away or I'd talk to you about one of them. If you decide to part out the red one, I'd be interested in the fairing - especially the windshield.

 

I actually have a side cover painted it was just in the top bag when I took the pictures. I forgot to put it on. As for getting it running. It runs just not well and I do not have the time or money to do that at this time. I need them gone to make room in the garage. The wife is ok with me having bikes but when they mutliply she gets a little upset. Since the red one is the running bike I will probably not be parting it out. Also the windshield is not in that great of shape anyway. I wish more people had your interest in the bikes, because I have not had any responses to the ad yet. I guess I will just have to wait it out.

hey nice bikes, i have a 83 750r seca as well. i need the side battery cover panel, i see that both of your bikes have this side panel. i want to purcahse them from you, ill take either one, color doesnt matter. how much are you willing to part with them for? i live in connecticut, and ill pay for shipping of the part.

At this time I am not parting out the bikes. I want to sell them as whole bikes. If that changes I will let you know. I think if someone wants the whole bike they would want the cover panel also.

 

price now down to $1600 for both. I need these gone.
