    his DNA was altered which means Drugs aNd Alcohol level were elevated . Someone needs to find out if any of what he is on comes with the bike must be good stuff

    The price alone is an indication of substance abuse.

    Since it's "OBO" try offering him what it's probably really worth, like around $1500 maybe $2000 and see what he says. After a compression test, of course.

    I would also be concerned about "new starter chain guide." If it's true, somebody has split the cases; you know as well as I the eventual consequences of missing certain critical details in reassembly.

    You aren't actually serious about this one, are you?
