FX is my main coding browser but most of my team have moved to Chrome for speed, better location integration, and general better performance. We test products in the big three, and I use Chrome for my main video/bbs browser, but FX is no longer heads above the others for tech people.

I detest google chrome. I am very happy with firefox........not just because it has FOX in the name, either.

that's funny, cuz for me it's the exact opposite. Plus, chrome stallls at least every3rd time I open it. I HAVE to use a browser to record attendance, etc...... at work. It stalls so badly, that I open FF in another window, do the work I need to do, close it, and Chrome STILL isn't open. Granted, that all started a few last week when some automatic updates came in and now I have that stupid "Ask" tool bar, and the machines are locked down just enough that I can't delete it. At anyrate, it only does that whenI try to open Chrome, not FF.

It could be chrome is trying to auto update and can't, if your machines are locked down at all.

I personally use Chrome. I used to be on FX, but I normally browse with 5+ tabs open, and FX tended to bog down and use hundreds of MB of ram (300-600). With Chrome I have still high memory usage (300-400MB) but the overall result is faster performance, higher reliability and the awesome ability for me to automatically sync ALL my PC's and my smartphone just by logging into my gmail on any device.

For you Android users, if you register your gmail account with your phone and log into Chrome with your same email, your internet history and bookmarks automatically synchronize without you having to do anything extra.

Well as long as you don't do anything 'dirty' with your internet use, you have nothing to worry about.

I love my safari though, yeah chrome is faster, I use it from time to time, but for now safari is my ol girl I ways rely on, lol.

Been using chrome more lately though, so maybe one of these ill switch to the dark side for good, haha

not at work.....at work it's XP, on optical or something that's like super fast.

It's not an issue, though.........as I said, I just open up FF if the other stalls.

At home I use FF, though my wife prefers IE.

TODAY, though, I hope to try out XJ. LOL

The 700 was a parts bike as I got it. I picked it up actually for another listmember, it was a non-running bike at the time, though it had some really nice chrome on it. He took all the good stuff off of it, swapped it with the crappy stuff so his bike became really nice but the parts bike stayed complete. Then I bought the remaining bike from him. After that, it was the typical: carbs/brakes/cable/etc...... After that, a lot of un-shiney chrome and metal to replace, it took a couple years to bring it to this point. I don't think I can take a trophy with it, but from 10 ft away it looks pretty darn good now.
