In order to prevent me from becoming addicted, my wife is attempting to use shame. She calls them Dial-a-dude, like some type of stripper's delivery service. You'd think she would know that Matti don't got no shame.
I took my last one yesterday. Hardly even climbing the walls!

I cancelled the insurance yesterday. I have nothing but good things to say about the process. Riders Plus- Echelon Insurance out of Toronto had the lowest prices, the agent was highly sympathetic, and they were able to process my cancellation request in a matter of minutes via email, even though my policy was set to renew in 2 days. I didn't have to deal with them for a claim, but every interaction I had with them was easy and stress free. If I ride again, I'm going with them.

Matti I really hope you eventually will ride again . I went several years between bikes for various reasons financial, raising 2 kids etc , the itch finally was to much and I'd buy a bike work on it and sell it on . That is till I got my Seca was going to sell it on , but like it so much I'm keeping it . Perhaps one day you will get the itch and get back on , but you can still contribute we would miss your wit and input.

I haven't had an xj in over a year, and I'm still here more than the Rebel forum. I'm here for the people AND the bikes.

Dude I’m glad to hear you’re making it through. Keep looking where you want to go and you’ll get there.
You’ve got it right, it’s the people AND the bikes that make this forum work and you’re one of them. I love my Seca but I’d never get anywhere with it without this lot.
Cheers and we’ll be with ya for the recovery bro!

I was on oxy after my hernia operation the wife took them away after 2 days. I thought she was being mean but totally understand why she did it.

Wow. I got a hernia fixed and threw in a vasectomy as well, they were having a buy one get one free sale. Lolz, one in the guts, two in the nuts! All they gave me was a prescription for xs Tylenol. How do you prescribe something that's sold over the counter?!

Here if it's prescribed then it's subsidised and far cheaper

That's true here, depending on what insurance plan one has.

You mean if it's prescribed the insurance companies have a record of how much of a drug addict you are and can use that information to jake up your rates.... and then sell it to the government..

    1. No, I don't mean that at all. The last time I had a OTC decongestant prescribed it cost me about 20% less than just going in and buying it. My rates did not change as a result.

    2. No politics. There are plenty of other websites for that.
