Nw to this forum and new to Yamaha

    Hi guys I have a couple questions if ta don't mind answering them.
    1. Where can I find a brake caliper kit for a 1982 Maxim xj1100?

    2. Are the xj650 and the 1100 interchangeable?

    3. Can you adjust a float while the carbs are still on the bike?

    1. Xj4ever is THE place for all things XJ

    2. What are you hoping to interchange? There may be a few things but doubtful that much will interchange between the two

    3. Wet setting the floats to achieve proper fuel height (1-3mm) can only be done with the carbs off the bike and level side to side, front to back. I'm sure someone can link you the tutorial.
