OK so picked up my relay and attempting to wire up the front of the bike so far
    I've got:

    Headlight: green,black, yellow
    Horn: pink and brown
    Main switch:red, brown blue
Front brake switch: brown green and yellow
Clutch switch: blue yellow and black and yellow
Indicators: left and right chocolate and brown and dark green and brown.

Who ever had the bike before me has cut a green/blue wire coming out of the speedo connector in pic below. But we're does it go?

Green/Blue may be for the side stand switch warning.

I think possibly they might off spliced the green wire with the blue wire running off it and attached it to one of the headlight wires. So that when you turn your switch your headlight automatically comes on without starting the engine would that make sense though? Thought as long as the switch was on you could operate your headlight without the engine running, or does the headlight only come on with the engine running.

headlight comes on when ignition switch is on AND the headlight switch is on , engine doesn't need to be running
there isn't a side stand warning on the 600
