My account seems to have dropped from Premium to regular. I notice my recurring payment would have been taken yesterday (from Paypal) and that didn't happen. With my inbox now considered full, I cannot send a message to anybody. Are the membership payments behind?

    Thanks,
    David

Yup, that's exactly what I did. I never did pursue what happened or notified anyone here but re-setting up the payment fixed it.

thats what happens at renewal your banner goes away then about 3 to 4 days later it comes back. normal thing has been like that for every renewal I have had.

    no do not do that.
if you are on auto pay leave it along.

if auto pay has taken the payment and you cancel you do not get a refund, at all.
then if you reinstate you become a member and are again charged a full subscription cost

    been there done that.

I know how to clear my inbox. The point is, I shouldn't have to shed those old conversations, being a paying supporter of the site. :-(

That's a software limitation. Nothing to do with the premium services.
Even the site owner has so clear out his inbox manually.

I would buy that if it didn't say my inbox was 350% full. That'll take a lot of deleting and it wasn't full a few days ago before my premium needed to be renewed. The real problem isn't my inbox. It's that whatever does the renewal of my premium hasn't done it. @SnoSheriff is that something you can help with?

I think once your premium renews you'll be fine. You're over the limits for a free account, once you're back to premium you'll be fine. Not sure how you reinstate that, I'm a little gun shy now after 550's comment.

If you're not planning on renewing, then you'll have to go delete come messages.

Inboxes have to be cleared out manually by the user, no matter who the user is.
It's one of the tradeoffs of using free forum software. Forum software that costs money was discussed, but as I recall @SnoSheriff decided that the best thing for the community was to allow free membership as the baseline, which would not have been feasable with paid software.

The auto renewal is, so far as I know, caused by a bug. It's happened to me too. Im not sure if there's a fix for it.

Gee, "only" 350%? When I returned from the void, it said mine was 2440% full, I felt kind of proud like it might have been a record or something. I'm sure it was "legacy" stuff that came over when website upgraded/migrated. It took me a minute to figure out how to pare it down.

Thanks Dave. I looked at the pics that you sent me and it seemed that it was Paypal issue. I didn't change anything on my end and eventually your were successful. All signs point to Paypal... Thank you so much for your support and patience.
