Is it true that ignition coil is the issue here because the resistance is getting low when the engine is hot?

Coils are a common problem but also worn out starter brushes.

How long have you had the machine, and what maintainance have you done?
Have the valve clearances ever been checked during the time you've owned it?

If there is no starter how the heck are you cranking the engine over?
Also, why is there a starter in the last photo?

Which photo shows the machine in its current state of repair?

That starter is not working when i bought that bike, the 1st owner sell the CDI and rectifier maybe, and they cut the harness, so i bought all that missing parts in ebay just to bring it back to life.
