Went in the grease up the steering head bearings and snapped off the bolts mentioned in the title. I tried heating up the mount and using an easy out with no success. Cemented in. What are my options? Do I drill it right out and tap in new threads? If so, what size bolt do I use?

Tapped the hole out that I drilled. Put in 2 new 6mm bolts and all good.

I must have been a bit off center when I tapped the new hole. It was a bit of a struggle to get the shocks back in. Is this going to throw my alignment out?

The bolts that hold the speedo bracket to the top triple clamp will not affect the alignment at all. Anytime you take the front end part to the point of exposing the bearings everything will need to be lined back up. The big bolt holding the top triple clamp to the stem should be slightly loose until you get the whole front end back together and bounce it a few times to get everything aligned. @hogfiddles did a great write up on how to align the front end with some broomsticks. If you tightened everything up and then tried to put the shocks in I would expect to have some resistance and fighting to get them back in.

Never mind. Just checked and it is the two bolts for the tach/speedo. Going to go over the previous post.
