    Hi is there any way to lubricate the diagrams in the carbs they seem a little sticky until the bike is good and warmed up

    Why do you think the diaphrams are sticky? They don't require lube at all, nor do the slides.

    Thanx that's what I thought the slides seemed a little slow moving

    You might have a partially blocked air passage or air jet, or the slides might need to be removed and the slide bores polished.
    Have the carbs been cleaned or rebuilt since you've had the bike?
