I didn't hate the movie, but I didn't love it enough to spend 29g on the snot scoot... Maybe if McQueen had jumped a fence on it or sumpin'

    The movie was "eh".
    Now it's at $30,000.
What amuses me is that there are people out there willing to spend that kind of money on something like that. It still has 6 days to go and at the rate it's going I bet it hits close to $50,000

Some bozo swooped in at the last minute and hiked the amount up by $15,000. Totally suffers from DCFD (disposable cash flow disorder)

True but when you bid on an item on eBay, you are agreeing to enter a legal binding contract to pay for the item you have bid on. If the guy gets paid is left to be seen. He has three days to pay for it in full. If the item is relisted at a later date, we'll know he got stiffed. Unfortunately there isn't anything that be done to bidders who don't pay. They just get suspended from eBay auctions. They can still buy on items that are listed "buy now".

I guess I should be embarrassed for guessing the amount that the POS sold for. Personally, I don't think it's worth it but at least 10% will be going to charity.
