I've got a new method for getting the fluid flowing after rebuilding the brake system, get some thin clear tube & tape it into the nozzel of the shop vac, undo the bleed valve, push the tube on there & suck away, slowly moving the lever in & out.
Don't let the MC run dry & shut the vac off as soon as you see fluid.
