Clogged Jet Troubles

I am in the middle of a full carb clean on my project bike. There was rust buildup in the carbs as thick as icing on a glazed donut. I couldn't even get the floats to move by pressing on them. I was able to get all my jets cleared except one. It's a size 40 so I can't find anything narrow enough to stick in it, I even tried a wire tie with all the paper stripped off. The carb cleaner just sprays back.

Does anyone have a great idea? Or, is there somewhere I can buy another one?

I was able to get everything else pretty well cleaned, just one jet.

A single bristle from a wire brush should get in there. Don't overdo it as the brass jet is soft.

If all else fails I believe a member named Chacal sells them.
