Difference in handlebars between these two "1983 XJ750 Maxim" models?

    What am I looking at here? My bike has the ones seen in this video: .

    Massive chrome ape hangers type lookin' things.

    And here we have another "1983 XJ750 Maxim" with these more reasonable bars:

    What's going on here? I want the second video style much lower bars. Are these the same master cylinder? I know the angle can get thrown off badly from aftermarket bars from reading other threads.

    Any insight greatly appreciated

    2ed video not stock bars and as you can see in it the mc is pointed down .
    any 7/8 bars will fit. lower flat bars will requier a different mc and shorter cables.
