I was asked by a pal who owns an FJ1200 to display my Seca 750 at the recent Dublin ( Ireland ), Motorcycle show, so I put it in along with 35 other Japanese bikes from the Seventies and Eighties, part of a collection of vintage Jap iron belonging to the local UJMC club here on our East coast. Lots of interesting bikes on display incl a nicely restored XJ659 Seca and some lovely Yamaha two strokes. The Seca got a lot of attention being very rare here and almost unheard of in this condition. Lots of chats with fellow enthusiasts about the ``good old days`` . Some people disappear when their problem gets solved or they sell their xj.
Other jerks you can't get rid of, even years after they said goodbye to their precious Seca in an ill advised plan to acquire a more rideable Honda which later attempts to kill them. Not speaking from my personal experiences or anything, purely hypothetical situations, of course.
