I don't think they are the same either, but I measured my 650 Seca for you.
    Dimensions are:
Looking at front of motor, Cylinder 4 to 3, center to center - 3 3/8"
    cylinder 3 to 2, center to center - 5"
    cylinder 2 to 1, center to center - 3 3/8"

measurements are as close as i can get with the headers attached.

    No.

550s are a different animal. Parts from a 600 will fit, not from the shaft driven bikes. A Radian exhaust will fit (except the mufflers) I do believe, as long as it's the 600 Radian.

Thanks for the help. I messed up my MAC 4 into 1 exhaust trying to remove a dent in the headers. I was looking for a replacement. I found a new set of MACs at a local salvage yard. They only come in chrome. Not a big fan of chrome but the price was right. Two hundred dollars tax included. If anyone in southern Ontario is looking for parts new or used see Tom at N.C.K. cycle salvage in Woodstock. He will treat you right.

I have a mac header for a 650 on my Seca 550 racebike. I was able to flex the headpipe spacing enough to get it bolted up. It does hang a little lower below the engine than the 550 header does. I used the 650 header because I wanted the bigger headpipe diameter for racing.
