I just returned from the freedom machine rally.
I rode my Turbo but kind of cheated by putting my camping gear in a friend's car.
There is no way I'm strapping anything on and scratching the paint.

This rally leans way over on the party side of things for sure.
There is a strict list of "do-nots" on the website, no revving of engines was not adhered to at all.
At 61 this did not bother me, just a signal to roll over and sleep on the other side, LOL
I have to admit to retiring a little too early, I heard the AC/DC tribute band but didn't see'em.
Belief it or not my pictures were taken just in the 1st hour it opened. 12pm Sat - 12 pm Sun

Can’t fault you there! Bike was built to look good, when I was riding I had my restored Maxim for cruising and a ratty KZ for everything else.

looks like a good time and some cool rides, I don’t fault anyone for having a good time as long as I don’t get hurt
