I am putting a round headlight on my Seca, and the main wires do not seem to be working. The low beam wires are working fine, but only have 2 wires, a black and a red....the light has three posts, will it hurt it to connect only 2 wires to it? Also have the same issue with the rear, but reversed...Aftermarket light has only 2 wires and the factory harness has 3. Does anyone have any experience with this...?
    Thanks!

First, what year and type of bike? I can look in the scematics. If your headlight has three poles on the back, it is for high beam and low beam. One is the ground (black wire), one is for the LOW beam (typically Red) and one is for the HIGH beam (typicaly yellow). Did your original head light have 2 or three posts. Best bet is to get a cheap 12v test light.
