Removed the carbs and did a quick cleaning of them. I don't think I got them compleatly clean after rereadig the cleaning guide however the bike did run roughly before removing the carbs.
Anyway I reinstalled the carbs and now it won't start. All I get is gas dripping out of the "vacum lines" from the tube connecting the carbs to each other.
I am going to repull the carbs and make sure I get all the jets/prots clean but why won't the bike start now? What did I do wrong?

It will never start unless the fuel-air mixture is correct.
If gas is dripping out that means the float bowls are overflowing and it's too rich, way too rich. The float valves might be installed incorrectly or the floats might be upside down or sticking. Make sure the float level is correct with a clear plastic tube from the bottom held up along the side of the float bowl and check the level when you open the drain screws. The level should be just below the top of the bowl but below the gasket when the carbs are level.

I never thought to check the floats. I may have put them back on upside down. I'm going to pull them back off on Wednesday and I'll check that first.
    Thanks

The floats won't fit upside-down. Those lines that are leaking are over-flows.

Take off the supply line going from the petcock to the carbs and see if you have leak-by.

Check that petcock is NOT in PRI or RES.

When checking the floats and levels ... also check to see that the float valve body's are tight and that you didn't forget to tighten them.

Took them back off and adjusted the floats. It now will start and isn't spitting gas out of the overflow now I need to adjust the idle and sync them. Hopefully will be able to complete this weekend.
    Thanks for the help.
    Matt
