    Very nice, would love to see how you ran that exhaust. I am working on a 78 KZ750 Twin for the same scrambler type bike. Mine will not look at nice at this bike, you have skills.

    Why two mufflers if it is a single cylinder engine?

    4-valve head with each exhaust valve getting it's own pipe. Yamaha even put 2 carbs on their XT600 thumper, one for each inlet valve.

    Now I remember some Honda XLs (250 I guess) had two exhaust pipes, but they murged in one big muffler in the back.
