jet needle adjustment, up equals richer ?

    hey guys can i just adjust the jet needles up a bit to make the bike run a bit richer ? for the time beeing till i can afford a jet kit ?

    This is a popular modification on my other bike.
    You will still need to change your main jet if you've made significant modifications.
    Just throw a small washer under the needle.
    Make sure it doesn't block any of the other holes in the bottom of the slide.
    This will only help up to about 3/4 throttle when the main jet really controls most of the fuel.

    cool thanks, i think ill still need a rejet as it feels flat at around 7-9000rpm.
    cant wait to get it running strong.
