Key stuck

    Hey guys,
    I sold an 84 Kawa LTD to a guy a month ago and he said the key got stuck yesterday. I never had this problem with the bike but, I've had it happen with cars and stuff and usually you have to do some jiggle thing to get it out. Do you all know of any sort of ignition tweaking, like spraying something in there? He said the ignition is welded together and he can't really take it apart.

    The key should only come out in the "off" position.
    Try a squirt of lube into the lock, rotate on - off a few times, wiggle as you pull up, should come out.

    I use LP brand graphite lubricant as preventitive on my locks. To clean it up, use any cheap brake cleaner with a tube and DON'T get it on the paint.
