    This came off the Canadian 750X and it includes a new muffler/clamp/hangar.

    Love the Seca 550's (My other favorite Yamaha). However, I wouldn't have a need for any parts to trade as I don't have one....yet.

    Just took a look at you CL ad, the Maxim X's were only produced in 85 and 86 and didn't see either in the ad.
    When you say Canadian 750X are you talking about the Maxim X?

    That's right that the X was for 85 and 86 only. Mine's an 85 with the 750cc engine (1FL is the model code). The exhaust, even though it's not meant for the Maxim X (as far as the Mac's part # and the bikes it's made to fit), was on it when I got it. I suppose you could add it to the list of bikes that it fits.
