Just started cleaning a set of Hatichi 33 carbs that I recently acquired and they really look very good, just need a good cleaning. However, one carb is missing one of the small pilot screw metal washers. I have extra o-rings, but not washers. I hate to have to order just one washer from Chacal, and I'm wondering if anyone has one, or has any idea where I might get one locally.

Just take one of your exsisting washers to your local hardware store to match it up.

I tried a hardware store and they didn't have anything that small. Maybe I'll try and electronic repair shop or local motorcycle dealer. Otherwise I'll fork over the shipping costs and contact Chacal.

Motorcycle shop will be your only hope. Those aren't really washers, they're "parts" masquerading as washers. The ID is too large compared to the OD, plus they're metric.

That's what if figured. I have a friend that owns a motorcycle repair shop and I'll ask him. If no luck I'll get Chacal to send me one. With the shipping costs it will be the most expensive part I've ever bought by weight. :)
