I've been having a power loss after the bike gets warmed and was trying to troubleshoot my pickup coils.

How much resistance change would you expect to see on the pickups after heating up?
    Is 800 a sign they're failing/failed or within a normal expected range?

Cold they're showing with in spec (660 and 655). But once the bike gets hot both read right at 800 ohms (801 and 806).

I had asked this before in a past thread but I think it got over looked and fell of the from the front page.
I haven't gotten back around to it as I got busy with other projects and let the Seca fall to the wayside. But it's getting pretty again. :D

    Pick-up coils:
    650 ohms +/- 20% = 520 ohms to 780 ohms acceptable range
I will measure mine hot tomorrow after i go for a ride.

Have you checked your valve shim cllearances?
Bike charging properly ? 14.8 volts at 2k rpm

petcock vacuum line good shape? could be colapsing when hot. replace with 4mm id vacuum line.
run on prime to see if this is the problem.

gas cap vent clogged? this will stop slow fuel flow.

have you measured the resistance of the plug caps without spark plug wires?
    and ignition coils

also it would be best to just post in one thread so we can see what you have done to your bike.

Thanks! =) I appropriate you looking.

Yes, I should have mentioned that I have:

    -Adjusted the value clearances
-Rebuilt the petcock and fuel cap and the boom juice is flowing, this is did check when I was last actively trouble shooting the issue.
-All new fuel line and vac line
-New carbs boots and near as i can tell they don't have a vac leak (i put some gas resistant sealer around the boot vac line tubes for good measure)
-Have replaced the plug caps and coils (I did have a bad one) with aftermarket ones from Len
-cleaned up the stator and the charging system tests good.

The pickups seem to be the last thing to poke =/

I do have the carbs fully apart at the moment doing the seals (That's my recent post on the facebook group) .
