Replacing missing mufflers

    I recently bought an XJ700 and there were no mufflers on it. I purchased 2 and was wondering how the hanger was mounted on the frame of the bike.

    I can send you a pic of mine tomorrow, but they mount to the large bolt on the rear foot peg mount. The original 4-2 mounts directly, mine is a 4-1 and has a bracket attaching the muffler

    That’s my set up. Shows the hanger holding the muffler. Second picture shows the hanger that was on the left side (not needed)
