Searching first owner

In the pocket below the saddle I found a registration identification card of (I think) the first owner of my bike.
I hope that someone can help me in some way of contacting this Loren Schmierbach (?).
The reason is that I am trying to piece together the history of my XJ 550.
The Dutch authorities do not provide any data on previous owners.
All I know is that the bike was imported into the Netherlands in 1992 (can be derived from the starting letters of the licence plate) and that I am the first owner as in road tax paying driver.
Maybe I can trace the history of the bike between 1981 and 1992.
And it would be even better if one of the owners would still have the locking chain and the second contact key...
But I do in no way count on that and have already made spare keys.

Age given would indicate that he (?) got the bike around the end of high school or shortly there after.
