I just completed the installation on my JCB bike . For those that have not installed one this a highly recommended upgrade.
To do this follow the task :
    1. Drain the engine oil .
    2. Remove stock oil filter.
    3. Clean the oil filter surface , you want it very clean .
    4. The filter boss , apply a little blue lock tight to the threads.
    5. Thread into engine the kit has the "T" installation tool ,thread in till it bottoms out , using a 12mm socket and ratchet tighten down .
    6. The new housing flange is engraved engine side and filter side .
    7. Apply oil to the " O" and Put on to boss , and install nut .
    8. Using a 30mm socket or wrench tighten down .
    9. Take the new oil filter put a film of oil on gasket .
Install new oil filter hand tight .
    10. Reinstall the oil drain plug .
    11. Fill engine with oil ( I use Shell Rotella)
    12. Fill till you see it showing about in the middle of window.
    13. Start engine check for leaks ...no leaks you did it right !
    14. Shut down engine recheck oil level you should have to add a little more oil as the filter will be full now.
    15. Take bike out for a ride and enjoy the ride .

The kit was purchased from Xj4ever, best 100$ purchase. I have this on both of my bikes , this makes changing oil very easy . The yellow Seca the first time I went to change the oil the filter bolt was chewed up and could not remove it had to cut off bolt ...the first upgrade was the spin oil filter :D. The Johnny Cash bike when I started putting it together, when I got to the point of getting ready to start , guess what i had to do ??? Cut off the bolt chewed up and moose cholock had installed it , at the time since i did not know if bike would even run I ordered a new bolt was a much better bolt 17 mm . The nice thing about this kit , if you really wanted to you could remove this and put stock housing back on. Cheers

Moose cholock? Is this some mythical stong in the arm weak in the head American fitter?

One little point, I allways recommend filling the filter first, even if you lose some oil screwing it on, it reduces the engine rotations before oil gets to those bearings.

Before I installed the adapter plate I painted it black. It blended in with the engine block.
