Just trying to find where I can get just this clutch retaining spring, or whatever you call it. I'm in Europe. I've seen the whole clutch actuator arm, but I don't need all that stuff.

Thanks! Any idea what the part number is? Doesn’t seem to show it in the catalogue. Or at least I can’t find it in the clutch section.

Be a real man. Get you some wire of the right diameter and make you one. Heat treating is a fun hobby.
(yes, I'm only semi serious. I have made springs, but I would not make that particular one at home)

Thanks so much! They want 26€ shipping to slovakia! Kinda crazy. Not sure why. I order parts for my Lada from belgium and only pay that on big things that I dont' want to deal with import fees and stuff. I emailed them asking why it's so expensive.
hahaha I'm not gonna say it hasn't crossed my mind a few times. I actually altered the current busted spring so it would work for a bit. That bit is now over. And since the bike isn't running anyway I thought I'd at least try to get this part fixed too.
    Thanks guys!

Yes Ford wanted £48 for a crankcase ventilation pipe for my Ford Mondeo so l got a section of reinforced fuel pipe and fitted that. Result vacuum leak gone for £4.00. Got myself some beer with the money l saved.

The Polish Concert Pianist Krystian Zimerman used to make parts for his Steinway grand piano during the cold war. He won 1st prize in the Chopin International Piano Competition in Warsaw in 1975. It is amazing what people can do when there is no alternative available.
