When I bought this bike it ran fine even though it had some extra large cracks in the carb intake boots. Yesterday I replaced the boots, the spark plugs, and tried to blow out the air filter but it is matted with dirt.

After all my hard work the bike runs awful now, it will only run with the petcock on prime and full choke. And even then it bogs down some at low speed and has a significant lag when you throttle it.

I realize it probably needs some carb work just wanted to know where everyone thinks i should start.
