    Len,

    Wanted to give you a special shout out. I greatly appreciate the fact that you questioned a part on my order because it didn't make sense with the rest of my order (typo on the part #). I also appreciate that you happened to notice a post I made and you messaged me that you had the tool I was looking for and that you could add it to my order.

    I don't know any other place that would operate their business that way and I just wanted to say thanks.
