Ok here in the UK I am using my Diversion (SecaII) on some motorway and dual carrageway driving.
When I reach 70mph (I dont go over the limit  ) and use my left, indicator the lamp in the pannel fashes rapidly. I can see the front indicator is not working but I have no idea if the rear one is working or not. When I slow down to 40-50ish it starts working normaly, both front and back indicators working fine. My right indicator works problem free.

Now this is hard to replicate in the garage but I have checked the conections and all appears fine. Could this be a relay problem? Broken wire inside the insulation? or must it be a joint I have not found shaking about?

Cheers guys look foward to your words of wisdom

Could be two of the three. Barring heavy-handed human intervention, a wire BROKEN inside its insulator is very rare, in my experience. However, the bike (if not the rider) will be experiencing a WHOLE LOT more vibration at 70 that at 40-50ish. I would say either a connection or the flasher relay is having issues at the higher vibration levels.

    Remove the Bulbs.
Have a close look at them for their integrity.

Use a pencil eraser and "Dress-clean" the contacts at the base of the Bulb Socket.
Use the fine side of a Ladies Emmery Board and very lightly Dress the two contacts at the base of the Bulbs.

Lastly, with Needle-nosed Pliers ... shape and tighten-up the Female Connections to the Light Plug-in.
Dress the Male Bullet Plugs-in with a swipe or two of the Emmery Board.

And, ... because it only takes a few moments to do ... remove the cover of your Alternator and look-in at the inside of the Cover to inspect and Measure the lengths of the two Alternator Brushes.
Should you find them beyond their wear marks or measured to be 10mm or less ... they'll need to be replaced.

    Thanks guys problem solved.
Opend up the indicator and it was a bad connection to the bulb. It just needed someone a a bit removed from the problem to see the answer.

I honestly thought it would be the relay as well (just glad it wasnt)
