Im in the process of getting ready to give my x a new lease on life after someone hacked it into a bobber . My question is has anyone ever put flat bars on 1 im thinking of changing out my risers i have a set off an 89 virago they are about 3 inches taller and about 1 -2 inches farther back. think it might give it a nice stance plus i prefer a strighter bar vs the pullback ones. If i want to cruise i will take my 1100 or 750 virago. If anyone has put flat bars on and have pics let me know . I believe my handlebars are not the originals now just for the fact the throttle cable will touch the tank when turned all the way to the right.
