Tire balancing

    Do you have to balance a tire when you do a change ?
    dont plan on riding on the freeway much at all or go for long drives.
    mainly just around town bike.

    if you want to get fancy, find the heavy spot on the rim with no tire and put the dot on that spot
    sometimes the valve is the heavy spot on the rim but it ain't always so
    you can mark the rim there because it won't change unless you put a new stem in the rim
