So just a little over view. Im 20 and been riding for just over a year. I traded some stuff to a guy for a 81 650 and a 83 750 maxim. I had to use a lot of the 650 body parts to get it safe. I started riding because of my friend from church. everyone rides at it. But everyone has big harleys or some new bike. I liked the look of my bike but I love what you guys are doing. My plan is to chop the frame right behind the shock mounts, do new lights and plate mount. I have the two piece bars which I like so going to keep them. The two things I really need i need some info on is where do you guys get pod filters from and does anyone know were I can just get a simple speedometer from that will work? Ill be posting pictures as soon as I get the frame and seat done.

You can get speedometers just about anywhere. Mikesxs.com has some.

why pods? Is your airbox missing/broken?

Everyone seems to have mixed results with the pods. Search the site if you haven't already.

Ok thanks. I like the look of the pods. have everything but the lid the air box. No one around here has a bike like mine. And no one has any type of bobber. Its all harleys and new stock bikes. Part of the reason why I want to change mine. It will be the only one around here.
