Will a 550 seca gas tank fit on a 650 maxim? Is it better to go with a 650 seca gas tank if I wanted the seca look? In pictures I prefer the looks of the 82 550 seca tank. What mods if any would I be looking at?

The distance between the mounting points is different, also, the seat won't fit right against the tank.

You're looking at a bit of welding, at least.
Blending Seca and Maxim styling usually doesn't look too good.
