I have an XJ600S Diversion from 1995. I have been investigating the inability to rev above 2000 rpm. I have found the pipes at the rear of the carburetors were rigid and were a poor fit. I have new pipe but unfortunately removed the old pipe without taking my usual photograph to re-assemble. I then discovered that there was 2 nozzles exiting the Mikuni BDST28 carburetors. Can anyone give me advice as to which nozzle the pipes go and any tips on the running problem. They are not shown in the service book I have. This is my newest bike. I'm more used to old British bikes back to a 1937 BSA. Less complicated...
Thanks for any info from anyone out there.
