Made some 550 Seca progress

    Got the valves done last week.

    Today, I took a deep breath and dropped the exhaust on the 550. Then, wiped down the bottom of the engine and checked the pan bolts.

    Looks like there are two places where oil was leaking. One was the oil drain plug which was loose. The other is somewhere under the sprocket cover. I already have the seal and o-ring for behind the sprocket

    Also, traced the oil sensor lead and found the miswire that was making the oil light light up instead of the neutral. It was under the tray that holds the ignition box - there is a light blue and a dark blue wire that should be connected, and the sensor lead was plugged into the light blue. There is only one other bullet connector there, I swapped them, and the correct light lights.
