I can't remove the needle seat. WD40 doesn't seem to be helping either. Suggestions?

There may be better ways, but I just had to pull really really hard and wiggle it a little. I wasn't really worried about damaging the seat itself because I was replacing them anyway along with the o-rings. It took some serious effort, but they came out.

Soak the seat overnight with Aero Kroil (Kano Laboratories) available from many industrial sources. Prior to removing, heat the boss around the needle with a heat gun if you have one (no open flames!) Likely it will pop right out.

Place the SHANK of the correct sized drill bit in the Valve Body to prevent it from being squeezed Out-of-Round.

Grab hold of it with a set of locking pliers.
    Pry up the locking pliers.

Don't be careless and break-off a Float Hinge Pillar.
