So it's turning over but not firing right? Check plugs and leads back from the plugs and test voltage across your solenoids would be my first step if you're sure the battery is kicking out enough.

did you check the pick up coil resistance?

is your tail light coming on when you turn the key? are you getting voltage into the fuses?

could you answer the questions asked?
    is it turning over?

whats the ohms reading for your pick up coils, you test that from the left plug in the tci box.
    pick ups trigger the spark

heres the way to test it from fsm it forgets to tell you to remove plug caps in the test. or include cap resistance in the reading if you do not remove them

that would be orange to black wire
gray to black wire on the left tci plug.

when you know whats good it makes it easier to look for what is bad

if around 2.5 is your ignition coil primary it is good and there are 2 coils to be checked if it is 2 ohms that is low and out of spec. that resistance can be checked at the RIGHT connector of tci or at 2 connectors at coils under gas tank.
the wiring can be seen on the lower right of the wiring diagram link i posted

what is the resistance of the pickup coils?
as i said it can be checked from the left tci connector
that would be orange to black wire
gray to black wire on the left tci plug. should be 650 ohms
pick up coils are in the left side crank cover, if your pick ups are bad no spark even if the coils with the spark plug wires are good.

if your battery is not fully charged and goes less that 10 volts when starting you will not get any spark. that is covered on the flow chart i posted.
test the voltages at the fuses both sides , do you have glass fuses or a new fuse block with plug in fuses old style fuses fail at the connectors so you will also want to look for 12 volts at the tci connector right side should be a red wire with a white stripe.
