Clip on bars

    hi I have a 1983 xj750 seca and I'm looking to put clip on bars just don't know what size to get

    I stand corrected. (it was and still to cold and wet to go outside to measure them, so I was going off of memory, but that's a whole other topic :)

    the xj550 seca's got 35mm tubes but the 550 maxim's got 36mm tubes and a longer head tube.

    edit; my bad, the head tubes on the 550 maxims and secas are the same length. but the upper tube diameter is still 36 and 35mm respectively.

    For the clutch and brake levers the master is in a tight spot in between the bars how can I switch it out to work on the the lever

    i have a suzuki with clip-ons and i just bought bars to replace them. nobody is ever happy :)

    Do they match upthe factory brake line and banjo bolt? Wondering if application will work on my xj550 seca

    bringing this one back to life, I am looking to do the same thing (install clip on bars) on an XJ750 Seca and noticed that there isn't much space at the top of the fork, so it would have to go below the triple tree clamp. Reading through the maintenance documents it seems that the forks need to be depressurized for the clip on bars to go below the triple tree. Can anyone confirm if this is correct?
