If you can't see the level cuz it's dark in there, you're too full

How high on the window should the oil level be?

Between the lines....... Best though is a little air bubble visible at the top of the window when on you're on the center stand on level ground

The window can get crud built up on it, keeping the oil from being easy to see. To clean you have to pull the clutch cover off, and wipe it down with a q-tip soaked in a degreaser (I shy away from using carb cleaner because of the risk of damaging the sight glass seal). Getting behind the metal cage can be difficult unless your plan is to remove the sight glass and re-seal it after cleaning.

It's not full of oil, It just dirty, black dirty. I was thinking to clean from the inside when i make the oil change with a wire and little piece of rag attached to it from the cap on top...is that possible?

I would not. Too much risk of losing the bit of rag, and there really is no way to access the window from the oil filler hole.

    What k-moe said.

Put your bike on the side stand and you can remove that cover with out loosing much if any oil. Clean it properly and put it back on.

Unless it's hugely overfilled you'll lose a thimbleful tops when on sidestand..

It's not overfilled at all...I'll always keep the level between lines. Anything I can use to seal that window from the inside? seems I got a little leak of oil thru the window too...

How do you know it's between the lines when you can't see the level?? If you have a leak, the best you can do is change the seal.
