Yes, Dynatek coils make a difference

    How did you get around ignition points sensor? Or there is none on your model?Any experience with Dynatek on XJ700X?

    ignition points sensor. THE pickup coils send a signal to tci so they are isolated from the ignition coils. the tci sends the signal ( opens and closes) to the ignition coils and they fire.

    I see. I have to admit I did not look well into it. I want to order Dynatek Dyna DC1-2 Miniature 3 ohm Dual Output Coils and I just try to figure out specs for input and output, as coil assembly is sold as assembly and I can't get wires separately, and I don't want to use old wires because they look tired lol

    the input for those coils is 3 ohms output doesnot matter just put the same type plugcaps on it

    just get a set for a car. i think they take 7mm wire
