OK....so my 36th birthday is this coming Saturday and my gf wants to get me something I will really love so she has offered me 1 of 2 gifts. So here is what she has offered as far as choices.
    1. Tickets to Toby Keith and Montgomery Gentry, which if you listen to country music you can guess what that show will be like.
    2. Equivalent value in the form of a gift card to.....the local motorcycle part store.

It is killing me knowing that it is going to be one or the other. But, I have pretty well decided on the parts. I figure that the bike will give me more memories than the concert will. Just thought I would share the cruel, cruel, choice she has given me. lol

    Take the Tickets!
    Go to the Show early.
Look for a couple of people who ain't got tickets but want two ... REAL Bad!

Make it known that you have ONE extra ticket. Not two!
You are going-in after you find somebody who just needs ONE ticket.

Then, my good man ... just hold out until you hear the magic number while you wait for the economic principle of "Supply and Demand" to kick-in!

The parts will last a LONG time for you to enjoy countless times.

The concert....will be a fading memory once the ringing in your ears goes away.

It's an easy choice for me!

Sounds to me like she's hoping you'll take HER to the concert with you.

SOOOO WE'RE TALKING 2 TICKETS HERE!? Not just 1 ticket......

Sell both those suckers and then go to the parts store!!

After all you want her to think your a fair person, if you only sold 1 then she wouldn't be able to go..... she'll make a squack over that!!

    GOOD LUCK.....your gonna need it!

I say go for the tickets. I've seen Toby Keith twice, most recently last Saturday and he puts on a heck of a show. I mentioned to my wife that I'd like to see Montgomery Gentry. You can always chip away at the list of things you want/need at the parts store.

You will score more points if you take the tix and take your gf to the gig.

That will definitely come in handy in the future when you need to or want to buy parts for the bike....

    "Could be a trap????"

Its a "me or the bike" kind of choice, you know where that will lead....

Buy the CD and get the bike parts! Concerts are cool and all but for all the hassle, I'll buy the DVD when it hits the shelves, you can go to the concert again and again.
