Petcock Question

    OK, I have a question about the petcock. I rebuilt my petcock using a rebuilt kit (thanks chacal) but had a quetion about being able to breath or suck air through the fuel line (not the vacuum line). Should I be able to do this seeing that this is a vacuum type petcock?

    You should be able to suck air through the fuel line only if it's on PRI or you have vacuum on the vacuum port.

    In the parts fiche select the "fuel tank" page. There is an exploded diagram of the fuel cock.
